WARNER, J.
Tony Pickles appeals a judgment of conviction and sentence for trespass, burglary of a dwelling, and petit theft. He claims that the trial court denied him due process by failing to conduct a competency examination. Under the facts of this case, we conclude that no due process violation has occurred.
