The bankruptcy court denied confirmation of Tenny Shikaro Zahn's (Zahn) Chapter 13 plan because Zahn failed to include distributions from her non-filing husband's individual retirement account (IRA). Zahn appealed to the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP). The BAP dismissed the appeal as interlocutory.
