Marcus Jermaine Smith appeals his convictions and sentences for possessing three stolen firearms, 18 U.S.C. § 922(j) (Count 1), and for being a felon in possession of the same three firearms, 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1) (Count 2). After pleading guilty to these counts, Smith was sentenced to 120-months' imprisonment on Count 1 and 90-months' imprisonment on Count 2, resulting in a total sentence of 210 months.
