[¶ 1] Timber H. Gorman appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Studstrup, J.), entered upon remand from this Court, finding for Maine Eye Care Associates, P.A. (MECA) on its claims against Gorman alleging fraudulent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment and awarding MECA damages. Gorman argues that the findings of fraudulent misrepresentation and unjust enrichment lack adequate support in the record.
