Nearly ten years ago, Plaintiffs filed suit against The Boeing Company ("Boeing") claiming that they had been discriminated against in their employment on the basis of their race. The case has a complicated procedural history and has, at times, involved a number of different claims and plaintiff classes. The issues on appeal are fairly narrow.
