Appellant Elano Baptiste appeals the trial court's final order regarding entitlement to attorney's fees and costs in favor of Appellees, Robert and Marigaye Fermenich. The Fermenichs sued Baptiste following an automobile accident in which Baptiste's car struck Robert's car, resulting in injuries to Robert.
