[¶ 1] The Town of Kennebunkport appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court (York County, Brennan, J.) vacating the decision of the Town of Kennebunkport Zoning Board of Appeals. The Board determined that Frederick G. Trudo and Donna M. Trudo violated the Town's Land Use Ordinance in completing certain renovations to their home.
