We review the stipulation filed pursuant to SCR 22.12 by the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) and Attorney Maureen B. Fitzgerald. Attorney Fitzgerald admits the misconduct alleged by the OLR in a six-count disciplinary complaint and agrees to a 60-day license suspension plus restitution.
