The State seeks certiorari review of a circuit court order requiring it to disclose the identity of a confidential informant who assisted in developing the evidence used to obtain a search warrant for an apartment. The contraband seized in the search resulted in the State charging Alexander Burgos with trafficking in heroin and grand theft of a firearm.
