Garrett Nunes seeks a new trial after a jury convicted him of first-degree felony murder, robbery with a firearm, and second-degree arson. We have jurisdiction over this appeal challenging the convictions and sentences. See Fla. R.App. P. 9.140(b)(1)(A).
