[¶ 1] Petr Ivanov appeals from a summary judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Cole, J.) in favor of Phenix Mutual Fire Insurance Company on Ivanov's complaint alleging breach of contract. Ivanov argues that there are genuine issues of material fact regarding the knowledge of the agent who sold Ivanov his insurance policy and the circumstances under which the policy was selected and sold.
