Joseph Glenn Jones appeals his conviction and sentence ordered by the Jones County Circuit Court after a jury found him guilty of sexual battery of a minor at least fourteen years of age but under sixteen years of age. He was sentenced to thirty years' imprisonment with fifteen years to serve and fifteen years suspended.
