The Commissioner of the Social Security Administration ("SSA") denied Plaintiff-Appellant Martha Maes disability insurance benefits under 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. The District Court affirmed. Ms. Maes now appeals that order, arguing that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") failed to fulfill his obligation to develop the record and that the evidence did not support his determination that she did not have a severe mental impairment...
