In his appeal from his convictions for attempted murder and robbery with a weapon, appellant claims that the charging document was fundamentally flawed, as the state charged him with attempted felony murder, which is not a crime. He did not object to the information, however, which also charged him with attempted first-degree murder. As the case was actually tried on that charge, we conclude that the fundamental error doctrine does not apply and affirm...
