After a bench trial, Terance Antione Robbins was convicted of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and conspiracy to distribute marijuana, violations of La. R.S. 40:966 and La. R.S. 40:979. For the possession with intent to distribute conviction, Robbins received a sentence of 20 years at hard labor and a $10,000 fine or an additional 180 days in prison for failure to pay the fine.
