Conney appeals the trial court's postsentencing order that granted the State's motion to increase the amount of restitution that he had previously been ordered to pay the victim of his crime. Although the restitution amount that the trial court originally ordered to be paid at Mr. Conney's sentencing hearing was based on erroneous information, principles of double jeopardy precluded the trial court from increasing the restitution amount once...
