[p]revent or attempt to prevent through the unlawful use of physical force another person from reporting a crime committed or attempted by another person," requires the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that someone committed or attempted to commit the crime that was sought to be reported, in this case felonious assault, in order to secure...
