BRUNETTI, Circuit Judge:

Peter Thomas Harrell (Harrell) appeals in part the district court's partial denial of his motion for return of property filed pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 41(g). Acting pursuant to a warrant, officers seized the property at issue from Harrell's residence in 2004.
