Plaintiffs initiated the instant suit on 9 August 2006, claiming that defendant, through the negligent actions of its building inspectors, caused damage to their property, specifically a house they were building. Plaintiffs contend that defendant was responsible for inspecting for code violations and safe construction of their house, and due to defendant's negligence, plaintiffs' general contractor was allowed...
