Steven Hawk sued Roger Watts Insurance Agency, Roger Watts, and Mary Watts (hereinafter together referred to as "the defendants") and sought an award of damages based on his claims alleging negligent or wanton failure to procure insurance; negligent or wanton hiring or failure to supervise, and various forms of fraud.
