The defendant, Randall Keith Myers, was charged with three counts of obscenity and three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. The defendant pled guilty to three counts of obscenity. The trial court sentenced him to two years at hard labor and imposed a fine of $1,000.00 on each count, with all three sentences to run concurrently with credit for time served.
