They brought a class action lawsuit against alleged fiduciaries of two separate NWA pension plans claiming the defendants breached their fiduciary duties under §§ 409 and 502(a)(2) of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. §§ 1109, 1132(a)(2).
