Tania Mousseau pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of a controlled substance to a minor, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a) and 859. Prior to pleading guilty, Mousseau entered into a plea agreement in which she waived some rights but maintained the right to appeal the reasonableness of a sentence above the advisory Guidelines range.
