Johnny Lee Mara appeals his 77-month sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Mara argues that pursuant to United States Sentencing Guidelines ("U.S.S.G." or "Guidelines") § 3E1.1(a), he was entitled to a two-level downward adjustment of his sentence because he accepted responsibility for his crime.
