PER CURIAM.

Jeffrey W. Wiggs, was found guilty of direct criminal contempt in a proceeding before the Honorable Donna F. Miller, County Judge. He appealed to the circuit court, which affirmed without opinion over Judge Lambert's dissent. Because we find the circuit court's order constitutes a departure from the essential requirements of law, we grant certiorari and quash the order.
