Floyd Lucas Williamson challenges his judgments and sentences for robbery and possession of cocaine solely because the sentencing judge was not aware of his existing written plea bargain which had been accepted by another judge. The sentencing judge, after rejecting a downward departure, imposed a sentence in excess of the written plea agreement.
