Defendant, Mona J. Micelotti, was charged by bill of information with possession of cocaine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C). At her arraignment, the defendant pled not guilty. The defendant filed an omnibus motion that included a Motion to Suppress Confession, Identification, and Physical Evidence, which the trial court subsequently denied.
