This products liability action arises out of a single vehicle accident that occurred on the Dulles access road in Fairfax, Virginia on February 15, 2003. This matter is before us on appeal by plaintiff Pazir Mohammad from the entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants Toyota Motor Sales USA ("Toyota"), Darcars of Cherry Hill, Inc., and Aseer Mohammad.
