Brunk, are licensed veterinarians in the State of Nebraska who claim that they were denied due process and equal protection when they were disciplined by the Nebraska State Racing Commission and not permitted to treat racehorses. They seek declaratory and injunctive relief under 42 U.S.C, § 1983 against the Commission...
