On May 30, 2006, the State charged Isiah K. Davis with armed robbery against Lou Ann St. Onge (count I) (720 ILCS 5/18-2 (2006)). On November 2, 2006, after Davis had been in custody for 157 days, the State amended the information to include a charge of armed robbery against James Peplow (count II) (720 ILCS 5/18-2 (2006)).
