MAY, Judge.

The State of Indiana appeals the suppression of evidence collected from Grant Gibson's car. Because the dog sniff herein did not violate the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution or Article 1, Section 11 of the Indiana Constitution, we reverse and remand.
