Vladimir Liadov, his wife Laima, and their children, Agnija and Andrey, conceded removability and petitioned for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). An immigration judge denied relief, ordered the Liadovs removed to Lithuania, and granted them voluntary departure.
