SABERS, Justice.

[¶ 1.] In 1995, the State of South Dakota ex rel Loraina White obtained a default judgment against Jeffrey B. Brandt for child support arrearages. In 2007, Brandt submitted a motion to set aside the default judgment under S.D.CL 15-6-60(b)(4). The circuit court denied the motion. Brandt appeals. We affirm.
