Following jury trial, Clifford B. Marston was convicted on May 19, 2006 in the district court1 on nine counts of tax evasion, 26 U.S.C. § 7201,2 twelve counts of filing false tax documents, 26 U.S.C. § 7206(1),3 and four counts of assisting in the preparation of false returns or other documents, 26 U.S.C. § 7206(2).
