STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant-Respondent, Jason D. Bunch (Bunch), appeals the trial court's Order setting aside its default judgment entered in favor of Bunch and against Appellee-Petitioner, Katherine Himm (Himm).

We affirm and remand for further proceedings.
