Prickett (the Estate) brings this interlocutory appeal challenging the trial court's denial of its motion for summary judgment regarding appellee-petitioner Marilyn Prickett Womersley's claim for compensation and reimbursement "for the time that [she] spent attending to [her mother's] needs."
