After a jury trial, defendant, Karon C. McCoy, was convicted of resisting a peace officer and sentenced to a period of conditional discharge. Defendant appeals her conviction, arguing: (1) that she was not proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, and (2) that she was denied a fair trial because of improper comments made by the prosecution in closing argument.
