Following a stipulated bench trial, defendant Jon Bloomberg was found guilty of driving while license suspended (DWLS). 625 ILCS 5/6-303 (West 2006), He was sentenced for, a felony under the felony sentencing provisions of section 6-303(d) of the Illinois Vehicle Code (Vehicle Code) to a term of 30 months' conditional discharge and 300 hours of community service, and ordered to pay various costs and fines. 625 ILCS...
