The plaintiff, Becky Sutcliffe, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant FleetBoston Financial Corporation.1 On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) admitted into evidence certain testimony and documents, (2) instructed the jury and (3) denied her motion for a directed verdict.
