OPINION

KIRSCH, Judge.

Andrew T. ("Father") appeals the termination of his parental rights to S.L.H.S. Father raises three issues, which we restate as:

I. Whether the trial court lacked subject matter jurisdiction to hear the termination case; II. Whether the trial court properly excluded certain evidence pertaining to Father's alleged Native American heritage and properly admitted evidence of Father's criminal history; and,
