[¶ 1] David Barrera appealed a district court order committing him to the custody of the Department of Human Services as a sexually dangerous individual. We affirm.

[¶ 2] In 1995, Barrera was convicted of gross sexual imposition for an incident involving a seven-year-old female. He was sentenced to ten years imprisonment and released in 2004. While incarcerated, Barrera refused to complete sex offender treatment...
