Burman Winthrop appeals the summary denial of his motion to correct illegal sentence filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). Despite the motion's lack of clarity, it raises a valid claim that Winthrop's habitual felony offender sentence for possession of cocaine in case number 98-02747 is illegal.
