CROTHERS, Justice.

[¶ 1] Kenneth Paul Hoover appeals from a judgment affirming the Department of Transportation's suspension of his driving privileges for 180 days for driving under the influence of alcohol. We conclude there was sufficient evidence to establish that Hoover was the driver of a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident and that a police officer did not violate Hoover's Fourth Amendment rights by making a warrantless entry into Hoover's bedroom...
