On June 13, 2008, this Court denied defendants', the East Baton Rouge Parish School Board and Lee Dixon, Motion to Dismiss, holding that the settlement agreement at issue was enforceable in district court pursuant to 20 U.S.C. § 1415(f)(1)(B)(iii).1 On June 18, 2008, defendants brought a Motion for Reconsideration of that Ruling.
