PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, Geri B. Saracino, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss her action filed by the defendants, Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. (the Hartford),1 and John D. Hale. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly dismissed her action on the ground that it was barred by the prior pending action doctrine. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
