¶ 1 Alfred E. Brown appeals his conviction for vehicular assault. He asserts that because the State failed to lay the foundation for the admission of his blood test, the blood alcohol evidence should not have been admitted and evidence contained in a manufacturer's certificate of compliance was wrongfully admitted.
