¶ 1 Appellants Lorenzo and Bertha Sanchez appeal from the trial court's dismissal of their complaint against Daniel Hughes, M.D., and Old Pueblo Anesthesia, P.C., for the Sanchezes' failure to obtain a preliminary expert opinion affidavit from an anesthesiologist to support their claim.
