Randell C. Leighty ("Leighty") appeals the judgment and sentences entered after he was found guilty by jury trial of three counts of first degree murder. The victims, Maria Ines Agarita, Luz Marina Rincon, and Amanda Rodriguez, were found shot to death next to each other on September 26, 2002, in the kitchen of El Rinconcito Venezolano Restaurant ("El Rinconcito" or the restaurant) where they worked.
