HOWARD, Presiding Judge.

¶ 1 After a jury trial, appellant Laki Price was convicted of armed robbery, aggravated robbery, and aggravated assault. The trial court sentenced him to mitigated, concurrent prison terms, the longest for seven years. On appeal, Price claims he was improperly tried by an eight-person jury and the trial court abused its discretion in denying his request for instructions on lesser included offenses.
