Plaintiffs Joseph and Patricia Murphy bought a Chrysler Sebring automobile from defendant Mancari's Chrysler Plymouth, Inc. (Mancari's). In 2005, Joseph sustained permanent spinal cord injuries when the Sebring rolled over while he was driving it.
